Selected TIG-MAX® fluids can save you enormous amounts of time and money by cleaning, polishing and passivating in one step. The TIG-MAX® XT 7000 stainless steel cleaning device (pickling device) can be precisely adjusted to the material and degree of soiling with its stepless power control. This way you get a perfect result with less power and material wear, whether TIG, MIG/MAG or laser-welded welds! Thanks to the automatic cooling, there are no forced breaks due to overheating, so the TIG-MAX® XT stainless steel cleaning devices (stainlers) can be used permanently in all areas (e.g. in shift work, on construction sites/assemblies or in the workshop).

Welds in hard-to-reach corners can be cleaned and protected from corrosion with our TIG MAX® carbon fiber cleaning brushes. The fibers of the TIG MAX® carbon fiber cleaning brushes are equipped with a TIG-MAX® sliding insulating sleeve system for better insulation and bundling, so that the electrical energy has direct contact with the workpiece. With our TIG MAX® pins, adapters + sliding insulating sleeves, you have the right accessories for every application. Whether for thicker weld seams, hard-to-reach corners, large areas or for cleaning internal threads and internal walls of stainless steel pipes.
